Eco - Bois Champigny
Team BF-Recycle - Eau Everest wins the 2005 Éco Bois Champigny
Jean-Thomas Boily / 15.08.2005

Many surprises awaited the team during the 3 days adventure. They swam across a 5 km long river in the total blackness on saturday night, rappel down a 35 meters cliff, jump a 10 meters high cliff in the water and they even had to deal with a black bear who was right by P.C. 18. Luckily, the park ranger was there to assure the safety of the teams. The teams also climbed many mountains and they finish the race by a canoe section that arrived on the beautiful shore of Memphrémagog Lake.
The organisers were very happy of the race with 15 of the 16 teams that finished. Only team Measured Journey from United States had to quit after one of their team-mates had a bad fall on a night bike section and hurt a knee. The organisers wish to thank all the volunteers that made this event possible.
You can review the race pictures and the race progression on the organisation satellite view on www.enduranceaventure.com on the live section.
