The Prologue Results

As expected the Prologue results showed The North Face as the winners with no penalty time to carry into the race and they will carry the number 1, as team numbers were assigned according to the Prologue results.

It’s a psychological advantage over their rivals for one of the favoured teams and when all the teams assemble on the water in the morning for the start they will be on the front rank. Not that such small time penalties are too much of a concern for the teams behind them – there is a long, long way to go and a few minutes won’t make much of a difference.
