One of the places they visited was the \'School of Samba Portela\', one of most traditional dance schools in the country. It was a last chance to athletes have some fun before the final preparations for the race.
At present all teams are travelling to the city of Resende, where the race will start. At present it is raining in Resende and the forecast is that the rain will continue for a couple of days at least. But there is a tremendous spirit and energy here and the hotel everyone is meeting in is full of many languages as the athletes arrive.
At 19.00 there will be a dinner with typical Brazialian food and at 21.00 the open ceremony will begin. It will take place at AMAN - the \'Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras\', a military academy that produce the officers of the Brazilian army.
The ceremony will start with a video of previous editions of Ecomotion/Pro and will be followed by the race briefing, when Said Aiach Neto, the Race Director, will give details of the route.
