Wednesday has seen a rush of teams into HQ before midday and a break in the premiere mixed’s monopoly of the finish line. The first few all male teams have made it over the line and the all female team, 18 CruVinDogs.com is expected to finish mid afternoon.

The couch and reward diet have been eagerly received by all teams, although not all teams are getting to spend as much time kicking back as they would like – there are some drawbacks to beating a team to the line.
