How many planets are there !!!
Ian Lyons - Team / 03.12.2007

A bus took us to our first checkpoint in Taylor square where Johnny Howard hanging with David Hicks, asked us for 2 beers but in the end made the first punch in our card for free.
We\'d hoped to rely on public transport but quickly resigned ourselves to the fact that this would be a running race. A frantic and sometimes wildly unstable scoot up and down Federation Way and we were running again - to Paddington Bowls where rain had forced the cancellation of what could well have been another session of strip lawn bowls.
More running got us to Edgecliff where we caught the first of our very lucky breaks - a bus all the way to the Cross. Clare\'s eagle eye caught the checkpoint up high on the traffic light and she nearly strangled me punching the card which was attached to my neck. A few weeks earlier we\'d searched the area for a lunch spot and noticed the stairs which today served as a brilliant shortcut to the Art Gallery. The 4km run to Mrs Macquarie\'s Chair and back would have been so much more enjoyable in the Mission Australia bus but it had already finished its loop.
