This is a 20 mile off road event for walkers, runners and climbers. Ideal adventure race training! It is over some rough moorland and along gritstone edges, and some navigational ability is required (the route is not marked). There is over 600 metres of height gain.
Climbers climb a route of their own choosing and ability, at their own risk, on each of the nine gritstone edges as well as covering the same route as the hikers and runners.
