Raid in France - The Adventure Race World Championships 2012
Length: 520 km
Location: L’Argentière-la-Bessée to Monaco
65 teams coming from 30 different countries will get involved in a 5-to-8-day demanding trail, more than 520km long and at least 18,000m ascent.
The rule is easy: 4 competitors (one of whom must be a woman at least) in complete nature immersion. The route remains secret until the event kick-off and the competitors discover it in real time. This accentuates the exclusiveness of the race.
