This past weekend, Gary Robbins and Todd Nowack of Team Helly Hansen / MOMAR did what no other team has done in the history of the Schick Xtreme3 Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race – they won overall titles in all three races in the three race series.

The final race was held this past Saturday in Cumberland, BC, on Vancouver Island. Over 225 adventure racers signed up to take on the challenges of this 40km course that featured 10km of kayaking, 10km of trekking, and 20km of mountain biking.

“Dave Norona has won eight MOMAR titles but has never won more than two in one season� said Event Director, Bryan Tasaka. “The fact that Gary and Todd swept it as a team of two is extra impressive.�
