FJS took the lead and were really strong but made a navigation error at CP19. The error cost them their four minutes lead to TietoEnator Adventure Vit.

At GZ3 FJS came in together with TietoEnator Adventure Röd with one min up to TietoEnator Adventure Vit. During the 18km inline section FJS caught up with TietoEnator Adventure Vit and finished the stage three minutes ahead of them. TieotoEnator Adventure Röd past team Vit and chased after FJS. FJS was first to reach TA1 and got a good rest during the dark zone.

When the dark zone ended at 06:00 a beautiful sunrise greeted the teams and the cold water on the island traversing definitely woke them up!

The Island traversing section started in Mattjäl village and out on the red granite islands. The teams progressed rapidly through the islands, in this section the teams are allowed to use watercraft. These come in many diffrent variations from lovely flower mattresses to crocodiles. On the running sections over the islands some of the teams \'watercrafts\' have suffered damage. Two of Lundhags crocodiles didn\'t make it and the team ended up sharing the two remaining crocodiles on the last and longest swim of 1600m.

Our CP crew reported a great story about Lifelivers.com currently in 8th place just before the last swim section in the island traversing. The team have had a struggle with their watercrafts and after five punctures they found a local boy and bargained with him for an inflatable crocodile. They boy was a strong businessman and sold his precious summer toy for a monthly allowance! But we guess that the value for the crocodile was even more than that to the team. The biggest smile was on Lifelivers.com\'s Henrik Enberg face as he enterd the water towing the entire team.

All the teams have past TA2 and are on the MTB trail along the costline. We still have a very tight race with only three hours between the first and last teams. All teams are looking fresh and we have no reported injuries. This evening we are looking forward to the Via Ferrata section and to seeing if any teams make it out of TA3 before the dark zone starts.
